Bank Austria - Klagenfurt

My name is Alexander Osatovic, I live in Serbia. I would like to ask, or ask for your help. My mother lived in Klagenfurt than 1997g. , died at 2003g. she has paid for me and my brother Osatovic Nikola life insurance or savings, since I do not know what it's called. And as I learned recently that it still stands in the accounts as authorized by us. My mom called Snezana Pavlovic Kleein. She died in Klagenfurt in January 2003. Please if you can help me in this regard, I would be very grateful!
